For those of you who don’t know me very well, I worked at a coffee shop called Alice Jules for six years. This outfit isn’t exactly suitable for the office, but for a coffee shop it’s pretty fancy. A button up and jeans is the nicest I’m willing to go when I’m bound to end up with espresso and sticky syrups all over me. I’ve learned my lesson time and time again, and I’m here to tell you that being a barista, and light colored clothes don’t mix. Unless you just want to throw caution to the wind, because you like livin’ on the edge.
The jewelry here really amps up this outfit. My new friends over at Towne & Reese sent me this necklace and bracelet. I fell in love as soon as I took them out of the box, and they’re great because they look good with both casual and dressier outfits. Since they practically go with everything, I’ve been wearing them a ton lately. I think I’m starting to get a Chelsea Bracelet tan line. (HA!)
I’m pretty sure you can find a black button up and jeans anywhere, so no links to those below. I got my top from Old Navy ages ago, and my jeans are Levi’s.
